TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION AND MANDATORY PLAYERS MEETING
All participants must register with the RCGA immediately following the Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, August 6th, in the Sunningdale clubhouse. Players that do not register may be disqualified. The mandatory players meeting will follow registration. All players are required to attend this meeting. OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All competitors are entitled to one official practice round at Sunningdale Golf & Country Club on Monday, August 6, 2007. Please contact the Sunningdale Golf Shop at (519) 660-8062. Please do not forward requests until after July 1, 2007. INTER-PROVINCIAL TEAM MEMBERS PRACTICE ROUND

Official Provincial Team photos will be taken promptly at 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 6th prior to the Flag Raising Ceremony. PROVINCIAL TEAM MEMBERS ARE TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5:00 FOR PICTURES AND TO RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CEREMONY. INTER-PROVINCIAL TEAM RECEPTION / PLAYER DINNER
The host committee of Sunningdale Golf & Country Club would like to extend an invitation to all competitors to the Inter-Provincial Team Reception and Player Dinner on Wednesday, August 8, following play (approximately 7:00pm). If players have guests please ensure you make reservations at registration on Monday. All guests are welcome and will be charged the RCGA cost per individual. OPENING CEREMONIES
The RCGA, host tournament committee, and the Sunningdale Golf & Country Club invite you to attend the Opening Flag Raising Ceremony, Monday, August 6 at 6:00pm. All players and guests are welcome to attend. Dress is casual for all non-team participants. Players are requested to go immediately to Registration. HOST HOTEL
All team members will be staying in the Championship Host Hotel, The Best Western Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre. A block of rooms will be held until July 11, 2007 for non-team players to book their own accommodations. Mention you are with the Royale National Junior Girl’s Championship. Members of the Sunningdale Golf & Country Club will be offering to house participants in the Royale National Junior Girls Championship. Availability is limited, on a first come-first served basis. Please contact Betty Warwick at BettWarwick@aol.com to obtain further details. STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second rounds will be made available during registration on Monday, August 6th. Second round Inter-Provincial Team, and individual third and final round starting times will be available in the evening preceding play at approximately 8:30 p.m. in the RCGA Tournament Office and in the Golf Shop, and after 9:00 p.m. at the host hotel. JUNIOR CODE OF CONDUCT AND RCGA WOMEN’S DIVISION DRESS CODE
The RCGA Junior Code of Conduct is in effect during the entire championship. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. The Women’s Division Dress Code is in effect during the entire Championship. If you have any questions, please consult with an RCGA Tournament Official. CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES
The Sunningdale Golf and Country Club will be open daily at 6:30am. The clubhouse restaurant has a varied menu to serve the needs of players and guests throughout the week. Cash and Credit Cards will be accepted in both the Clubhouse and Golf Shop. The ‘Thompson Hall’ Room will be the player’s social room where scores and updates will be located. PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice Facilities at the Sunningdale Golf and Country Club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. The range will open each day at 6:00am - balls are complimentary, courtesy of the host club and organizing committee. LOCKERS AND CLUB STORAGE
Sunningdale Golf & Country Club has a limited number of lockers available. If you need to reserve a locker for the week, please make arrangements through the Golf Shop no later than July 24, 2007. If you wish to have your clubs stored, please make these arrangements through the Golf Shop by July 24. NO SHOW POLICY
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Alison Turcotte at 800-263-0009 ext. 250. This allows us to replace you with an alternate. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw and are therefore a “no show”, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future RCGA and provincial competitions. HOW TO RECEIVE RESULTS
